   OUR MISSION STATEMENT

   PROVIDE the opportunity to worship
   and the development of a growing relationship with God.
   (Matt. 22: 36; Eph. 5: 18-19;
   Col. 3: 16; Phil. 3: 3, 10.)

   PROMOTE the strengthening of interpersonal relationships.
   (Matt. 22: 39;    I Pet.  4:8).

   PURSUE the conformity of the
   character of Christ within.
   (Gal. 4: 19, 2: 20)

   PREPARE people for ministry in order
   to reach our community with the love
   of God.
   (I Peter 4: 10; II Cor. 5: 18-20)






   WHAT WE BELIEVE

   About God: God is the creator and ruler of the
   universe. He exists in three persons: The
   Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit. These
   three are co-equal and one God.
   (Genesis 1: 26-27)

   About Jesus: Jesus is the Son of God. He lived
   a sinless human life and offered Himself as
   the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all by
   dying on the cross. He arose from the dead
   after three days to demonstrate His power over
   sin and death. He ascended to Heaven and will
   return again to earth to reign as King of Kings
   and Lord of Lords.     (Acts 1: 9-11).

   About the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit lives
   inside every Christian from the moment of
   salvation. He provides the Christian with
   power for living and guidance in doing right.
   (Ephesians 1:13)

   About our Salvation: Salvation is a gift from
   God to mankind. We can never get rid of our
   sin by self-improvement or good works. Only
   by trusting in Jesus as God's offer of
   forgiveness can we be saved from sin's
   penalty. Eternal life begins the moment we
   receive Jesus into our life by faith. Salvation
   is maintained by the grace and power of God,
   not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the
   grace and keeping power of God that gives
   eternal security.

   About the Bible: The Bible is God's word. It
   is written by human authors, under the
   guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the truth
   for all Christian's. It provides absolute truth
   and authority for the faith and practice of
   Christian living. It is inspired by God.
   (II Timothy 3:16)
